Daily journal pages include sun, earth and moon transit information, moon phases, simple journal prompts, and a space to keep track of various cycles, ie. menstrual cycles, reflector lunar cycles, rest/urge cycles or emotional waves. The bottom 2/3 of the page is blank, to accommodate varying journaling styles.

The journal is divided into the 4 quarters of the Rave Year and the 16 Godheads, each with their own unique art.

Fertility Awareness Method charts are located at the back of the journal for those who are interested in diving deeper into connections between moon phases, Human Design moon transits and menstrual health, all in one place.
